Mac and I took a week long venture to visit Grandma and Papa in their new home. We rode on several airplanes, and he did a good job. On the way home, we missed our connection and we had to stay the night. We were put up in a hotel with no luggage. What an experience! At least Michael was with us on the way home. His meeting ended early and his boss flew him to where we were and he then flew home with us. I didn't take any picture while we were with Grandma and Papa. All of the pictures were taken with Grandma's camera, so we are waiting for the CD of pictures to arrive in the mail. When they do, I will post some of them. While we were gone, we drove to see my good friend, Kristi, her husband, Steve, and little girl, Myra. I did take two pictures while we were with them. We went on a little train ride around a park and it only cost 25 cents per person. We then rode on the carousel for 5 cents per person! I still can't get over the cost!!! We ride the carousel at our mall for $1.75 and we rode a train ride in Disney for $2.00.
We had a great time visiting with all of our family and friends. It was my grandpa's 83rd birthday while we were there and had fun celebrating with him. We look forward to our next visit (which won't be until Christmas). :(
