Mac told Michael what shapes to draw on the pumpkin to make the jack-o-lantern face, but otherwise he would have nothing else to do with the pumpkin. He wanted to paint it.
We tried to get him to stick his hand inside the pumpkin, but he refused.

Our neighborhood had a little Halloween block party and Lily the pumpkin joined us for a bit.
Mac's costume really was a dragon, but he called himself a dinosaur. He loved showing his tail to everyone. He liked trick-or-treating. We had a hard time keeping him from eating the candy as soon as it was given to him. His favorites are the two Pez dispensers he receieved from one of our neighbors (he is the regional manager for Pez). He has slept with them at night and during his naps.
