Gavin had his first haircut on Monday, September 1st (15 months old). It was also his first lollipop. He really did a pretty good job. He sat in the chair by himself for the first half, but then he wanted to sit with me for the last half of his cut. He was fascinated by the cape he wore and his lollipop. It was a sad day for mommy as his curls are gone and now he looks like a big boy versus my little baby boy. I guess they have to grow up sometime.
