What's New

Long time, no blog, so here's a quick pictureless update.

Michael and I saw "Wicked," the musical, Thursday night and it was amazing!

It's already time to enroll for the 2010-2011 school year. I took the plunge and put Mac in for 5 mornings and Gavin will be going 2 mornings. They will not be at the same school, so that will make pick-up time interesting.

Gavin continues to cry where ever I leave him. He does fine at home with a sitter because Mac is with him.

Mac is forever saying cute and funny things. The other day he said, "Mommy I so you so much, but I love God and Jesus the most." I was obviously beaming with joy and pride.

Gavin is trying to talk up a storm (it's a difficult task keeping up with Mac). He will try to say anything that is said. He ALWAYS repeats the last word anyone says.

The people renting our house have made us an offer to buy it. Needless to say, they certainly low-balled us, but hopefully we can all compromise and come away happy and have only one house payment.

At this point, it's looking like Michael has won us (no kids) a trip to Maui and it's over our anniversary! Yea for his first win through work!!!!!

We think we have finally found us a church home here in our new city (it's only taken 9 months) but some things are worth waiting for.

Such a great update! So glad to hear how things are going! That is exciting to find a church home:) Thought of you and Michael today. I remember during one of our small group moments when we were studying Malachi and it talks about how God chastens those he loves. Michael had some great wisdom to share and it's funny how little moments stay with you in your memory for a very specific reason. It was the wisdom that I needed for this time in my life:) So tell your hubby thank you! Miss you! I am really hoping to see Don and Mary soon!
