Everyone was in on the ornament hanging action. We had to explain to Gavin that you cannot hang 5+ ornaments all on the same branch. :) Needless to say, there was some rearranging once the kids were bored with helping. There is also rearranging of ornaments most days as the kids like to take them off and play with them. Gavin has even slept with a few of them (we took the hooks off of those).
