Wow, what a week this has been and it's only Thursday! Mac got sick on Tuesday (it was coming out of both ends), I got it Wednesday and Michael has it today (Thursday). I felt so helpless with Mac because there was nothing I could do to make him feel better or make it go away. To make matters worse, I got it and it's rather difficult to take care of a sick baby when your head is hanging over a toilet. Remember those days when you just called into work and said, "Sorry, I can't come in today."? You can't do that with a baby, especially when you are their care provider. Michael had a big day at work and was unable to stay home and help us. He did his best and came home for lunch and was able to come home early. We managed. Today, Mac and I are better, but now Daddy's head is hanging over the toilet.
