Last week a group of 5 moms and 13 kids went on a little day hike trip. We had a great time! Needless to say, we didn't hike very far. We stopped several times along the way to play in the stream and the kids were drenched and they loved it!

Check out this millipede Gavin and I found. It was the hit of the day! I had to bribe him to leave it there as it was NOT getting in the car with us!
Gavin found and held many daddy long leg spiders.
We even found this cute salamander.
